Private yoga instructions and group classes are available online, streaming live. They allow you to learn the practice of yoga and the alignment of poses at your pace, addressing your questions. Yoga is known for promoting the healing of injuries, in addition to helping you have a more calm and focused lifestyle.

This practice is great for anyone but especially for beginners and anyone who just want to relax and feel better. You will need a blanket or two, belt, yoga blocks or a couple of thick books, yoga mat is helpful but not required.

Medium pace and alignment based, meditative practice, for energy and inspiration. This is level one practice, so being familiar with yoga poses would be helpful.


Hatha Flow

Learn how to teach yoga and refine your practice by completing Yoga Alliance certified 200 hours of training with "The Heart of Yoga and Art". The school takes on an old ancient model of working with the individual needs of one or two students, where your questions are personally addressed. Teaching and practicing yoga is like writing a story, singing a song, or painting a painting. When asana is infused with meaning and intention in addition to the physical alignment, it becomes artful. And, as with any art, the student learns the craft from the teacher, in order to become an artist.

RYS 200 Yoga Teacher Training


This course is available for anyone, from beginners to yoga instructors. It is registered with Yoga Alliance fulfilling twelve hours of requirements for continuing education, YACEP. It is an experiential course in the studies of the chakras, wheels of life, through watercolor painting, asana practice, and contemplation. In this course, you will be able to attend to balance more of your own life energies, such as feeling safe and grounded, being in the flow of relationships, self esteem, giving and receiving, self expression and creativity, your in-sight and intuition. Color and sacred geometry, has an emotional effect on our being, similarly to a sound. They both reveal , describe, and harmonize our energetic anatomy through the means of the chakras.

Chakras are like windows of a tower of our being, through which you perceive the world. We want these windows to be transparent and open, allowing our connection with the world to be fully expressed.  By attending to the energetics of the chakras we bring more balance and beauty to our life.
