Gosha is a E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor and a painter, living and teaching private and public classes in Manhattan. She is the founder of The Heart Of Yoga and Art Teacher Training School 200 RYS, certified with Yoga Alliance.

Gosha grew up around the farmlands of Poland. She was a student of biology, following patterns of nature, until she transitioned to becoming a painter, art teacher, and later a yoga instructor.
